But our drive is even bigger, we are widely interested in the entire concept of well-being: exercise, mental health, relationships, mindfulness – all of it. Our main focus is food. Why we created the BeastFeast Foodblog
This place and this idea was developed thanks to our friends, family, colleagues; more or less all the people in our life. And why? They all asked the same question “How do you have time to cook that kinda food next to your job?” I could answer that question in a very looong way but let’s keep it short!
- Cook together and you will as well spent quality time with your loved one(s)
- It is fun!
- Prepare yourself in advance, do your groceries once a week
- Don’t be afraid to be creative in the kitchen
Being aware what we eat and finding healthier and more creative solutions for soul food recipes. This we actually owe to Basti and his love and dedication to sport. He has serious sport background, playing American football at US college and currently with CrossFit. As sport was big part of his life for years, in a professional sense, he learned what his body needs to stay healthy and fit.
Since we are together we learned a lot from each other and how important is to nurture your body and mind.
It is ok as well to do sports, on some days, just to eat all that food 🙂
At this place we celebrate food, which is simple and easy to prepare. We believe how real and good food, that delights your senses is a ground stone for positive and healthy body and mind. For your soul!
