Smoothies. Endless inspiration. The perfect breakfast or just an afternoon snack. I love experimenting with smoothies, but my challenge is that usually they are not pretty and how we would say – not instagramable. But I guess this Banana Blueberry Smoothie turns out pretty well! 🙂 And it even tastes much better than it looks! 🙂
Whenever I mix any greens with fruits into a smoothie, I usually get a kind of brownish coloured smoothie and let’s be realistic, when you see it, it is not so appealing. But that is not the reason we shouldn’t drink yummy healthy smoothies. I mean yes – we love to eat sexy food BUT sometimes it is simply yummy and not sexy.
This time we prepared this beautiful smoothie to kick off our smoothie topic. Frozen bananas are the key of the creaminess. Couple of ingredients and you have the perfect healthy smoothie.

Frozen Banana Blueberry Smoothie
- Handful Fresh Blueberries
- 1 pcs Banana frozen
- 200 ml Coconut Milk
- 1 tbsp Oats
- 1 tsp Flex Seeds
- 15 g Vanilla Protein Powder optional
- Mix all the ingredients in blender – add more or less milk, if you like thicker smoothie or not
