Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Kale
  • ½ pcs Pear
  • ½ pcs Banana
  • 1 tbsp Almond Butter
  • ¼ Cup Coconut Milk more for consistency if desired
  • 20 g Protein Powder optional

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in the blender and mix well
  • Enjoy your BeastFeast!

Notes

This time I was using a cup – medium coffee cup!
