What comes in your mind when you hear summer on a plate? Exactly! This Grilled Peach Burrata Salad is summer directly served on a plate! Grilled peaches, creamy fresh burrata, rucola salad, sprinkled with some nuts and balsamic make this the perfect mix!
I already told you, that we are grilling almost everything. Like our Grilled Chicken Ceasar Salad, we also grill some fruits! 🙂 And this salad is really not a big deal!
I love to prepare salads such as this one for lazy summer lunches, although it also could be served as a nice starter for your dinner.

Grilled Peach & Burrata Salad
- 3 pcs Peaches
- 2 pcs Fresh Burrata
- Handful Argula Salad
- Handful Sunflower Seeds
- Aceto Balsamic Vinegar
- Olive Oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Half the peaches and take away the pit, Brush them with olive oil and place it on the grill till golden brown
- On two plates or a big one spread arugula, add grilled peaches and spread parts of burrata around. Sprinkle over the seeds and drizzle with balsamic cream
- Enjoy your BeastFeast!
