Berry Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl
Oats cooked in coconut milk and berry pure, in the end topped with fresh berries and pure leftover. Yes please! Creamy, fruity and sweet very berry porridge is a vegan friendly and tummy friendly breakfast.

Very Berry Porridge
- 180 g Oats
- 400 ml Coconut Milk
- 40 g Protein Powder
- 2 Handful Fresh Berries
- 1 tsp Flex Seeds
- In a food processor mix all the berries (leave some aside for topping) until you get a smotth pure
- Place the pan over medium heat, add oats and toast them for few seconds and pourin coconut milk and cook for 8 to 10 minutes (until the porridge is soft and creamy). Stir often to avoid sticking. At the end mix in berry pure (leave 2 tbsp aside for topping)
- Add protein powder as well and stir well
- Serve it in a bowl topped with fresh berries and pure, sprinkle with flex seeds
