Preheat the oven to 180ºC
Place anchovies, capers and artichokes into food processor, drizzle in olive oil and pepper (Important: Do not add salt as the ingredients are salty enough). If you need more ‘paste’ for salmon bed, just add more of each ingredient
One baking sheet cut on 4 equal pieces and on each piece in the middle spread the paste to make the nice bed for salmon
Place the salmon on top, sprinkle with salt and pepper, drizzle some olive oil and place 2 lemon pieces on each salmon fillet
Place the salmon in the oven and bake for 20 minutes (depends how thick fillets are)
In the meantime, prepare a skyr dip with mixing skyr with lemon juice, drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste
Once salmon is done, sprinkle over fresh dill and serve all with a nice salad or roasted potatoes
