  • 2 pcs Banana mashed
  • 120 g Pumpkin Puree
  • 70 g Coconut Oil melted
  • 110 g Maple Syrup
  • 2 pcs Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 190 g All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tbsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 130 g Cream Cheese
  • 50 g Cinnamon - Sugar
  • Butter for Greasing


  • Preheat the oven to 170ºC 
  • Grease the cake tin with butter
  • Mix together bananas, pumpkin puree, coconut oil, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla until combined together. Then add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt, mix it all together
  • Pour the mix into the cake tin
  • Spoon the cream cheese into the pastry bag and squeeze out teaspoon size amounts directly into the pumpkin bread mix. At the end swirl the cream cheese with a stick and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar over
  • Place in the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes
  • Please let it cool down. Behave and give it some minutes
