Place a large pot filled with water to boil on a medium heat. Wash 2 oranges and place them into the boiling water. Cook them for 1,5 hours
When done, take oranges out, drain and let them cool down.
When oranges reach the room temperature cut them (together with skin) and place in food processor to make an orange puree
Preheat the oven to 160°C. Grease or place a baking paper in a 22 cm spring form cake tin
Beat the eggs and caster sugar until all is nicely combined
Mix in an orange puree followed by the almond flour and baking powder
Pour the mix into the prepared cake tin
Bake for 1-1¼ hours, until the top is golden and a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean
Allow to cool in the tin. Dust with icing sugar and Enjoy your BeastFeast!
